PANDA Transformation

Point clusters or the results of an adjustment can be transformed into a different geodetic datum.

• It is possible to process 2D or 3D networks.
• A Helmert (similarity) transformation or an Affinity transformation can be calculated. The affinity transformation can only be applied to 2D nets.
• The scale can be pre-determined.
• The transformation parameters may be determined through identical points or can be read out of the database.
• With 2D nets, a true-neighborhood-transformation is possible, thus preventing residuary misclosures. As criteria, either the point distance can be determined, or the adjustment of an area-referred scale.
