PANDA General Information

The software package PANDA is an integrated software package for all the required calculations of all types of 1D, 2D und 3D nets within ordnance and engineering geodesy.

The software package makes use of a modern object oriented graphical user interface and will run under Win32 based operating systems.

The results of the adjustment, the deformation analysis or the transformation can be graphically displayed on the monitor.

Points and observations can be interactively edited.

An interactive simulation of the net adjustment ( pre-analysis ) is available, during the optimization process the effect of any changes is immediately apparent on the monitor.

A robust calculation of approximate coordinates to L1 norm, which includes a search for gross errors in the observations.

All relevant data are stored in an Access compatible database.
